Kentucky Vocational Training!

Horizons Youth Services, was founded in 1983, has developed and operated many innovative youth programs, including leadership development and leadership training programs. Horizons Youth Services operates several Job Corps Centers around the country, providing vocational training in Kentucky and Texas.
